Location : Montréal, Québec

Salary : $160k-$170k

Lead a multi-outlet, Forbes Five-Star F&B operation at one of Montréal’s most iconic hotels.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years as Director of F&B in a Forbes Five-Star, 400+ room hotel
Fluency in French and English
Union and international experience preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee 5 outlets, IRD, and top-tier off-site catering operation

Lead and develop a large unionized team with a focus on excellence

Drive profitability and elevate guest experience across all venues

Set the tone for memorable culinary experiences that balance luxury standards with local flavor
