The primary contact and relationship builder with customersHelping customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen sharing, and in-person meetingsDeveloping trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholdersEnsuring timely delivery of solutions according to customer needsCommunicating progress on initiatives to stakeholdersForecasting and tracking key account metrics using our CRM systemWorking with internal teams to onboard and develop clientsDriving proposal generation with cross-functional teamsWhat You’ll Need…
5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience preferredStrong customer service and listening skillsExperience delivering integrated material handling systemsAttention to detail for quote accuracy and customer satisfactionEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership abilitiesMechanical, Software, and Electrical Understanding
Knowledge of mechanical, software, and electrical systems related to current products, gained through education or experienceAbility to understand conveyor and material handling system principles and supporting electrical / control systemsCapability to apply current product lines innovatively to meet customer needs and guide new product developmentTREW’s Story
