Job descriptionInstall, balance, rotate, and repair passenger, light truck, commercial, agriculture, and off‑road tires Operate and maintain mobile service truck and equipment safely Perform on‑site tire service at customer locations and roadside Perform scheduled fleet tire inspections for commercial clients Diagnose tire‑related issues and perform repairs, rotations, and installations Assist shop teammates as needed Participate in after‑hours / emergency service (premium pay) Maintain shop, equipment, and trucks Valid driver’s license with clean abstract Experience as a Tire Technician (agriculture, construction, or commercial) Mechanical aptitude with fleet vehicles Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and on‑call Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to lift heavy tires (125 lbs) and problem‑solve in the field Commitment to safety and excellence
