Key Objectives

Accurately input and update data into company systems to maintain reliable records.
Support various departments by managing data efficiently and ensuring data integrity.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying discrepancies and suggesting solutions.

Responsibilities

Enter and verify data from various sources with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information handled.

Review and correct data inconsistencies to ensure data quality.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve data-related issues.

Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.

Use company software and tools to manage and update records efficiently.

Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role preferred.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
