8+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, technical project management, or senior product management. You deeply understand how to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and successful execution for complex web, e-commerce, or custom software builds.

A proven track record demonstrated by a portfolio of at least 5 case studies showing successful project delivery and strategy resulting in measurable business impact (e.g., improved conversion rates, revenue growth, or increased operational efficiency).

Location : You must be within a 2-hour drive of London, Ontario, and available to be in the office twice a month to collaborate with the team.

Entrepreneurial experience is a significant plus. Preference will be given to those who have run a small business, startup, or product vertical and understand the full lifecycle of product creation, from strategy and development to market launch. That said, you’re not alone in this at tbk—you’ll have a strong team beside you.
