Position Overview

We are excited to offer a Service Technician role at our Chilliwack branch. This position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with at least one year of experience in video surveillance, eager to gain hands‑on experience in deploying, maintaining, and repairing mobile video surveillance towers. You will play a crucial role in our expansion efforts, operating under diverse conditions across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and nearby regions, contributing significantly to our client experience. The role involves outdoor work in various settings, including active construction sites, industrial environments, retail spaces, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, upgrade, and repair video surveillance towers at customer locations.
• Operate in outdoor environments across various settings including construction sites and industrial areas.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with CCTV equipment.
• Respond promptly to service requests and manage on‑site repair tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and truck inventory.
• Safely operate company vehicles and ensure all road safety regulations are followed.
• Clean, test and repair towers as required.
• Perform tasks in the shop and additional responsibilities as requested by the Company or Branch Manager.
