Position Details
This community based position includes the following duties :
- Completion of in-home and community-based assessments
- Supervision of rehab assistants
- Development & oversight of gym & pool-based activation
- Liaising with healthcare team including OTs and physicians
Qualifications
- Current member of CPTBC or eligible for registration
- Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Experience with standardized assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with insurance payers is an asset
