Sales Consultant and Lifestyle Programs Manager

The Retirement Living Consultant is responsible for maximizing occupancy levels in the retirement residence by driving sales opportunities through the sales process as well as implementing programs and services to meet the social, physical, intellectual, emotional, vocational, and spiritual needs of all residents.

Key Accountabilities

Adhere to an established sales process to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Leverage Chartwell’s consultative sales process to help seniors and adult children make informed decisions when choosing a retirement residence.
• Follow up on new leads in a timely manner whether from contact center inquiries or in-person inquiries or resident / business referrals and convert to personalized tours.
• Communicate effectively and interact in a courteous and professional manner with residents, family members, visitors, and volunteers.
• Conduct tours, follow-up on all Prospects, and drive occupancy levels by closing sales through lease signings.
• Track sales activity in CRM database and analyze reports to identify sales trends specific to the local community and residence.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to design events and develop promotion materials.
• Prepare relevant management reports and maintain pertinent records.
• Attend sales training as required.

Implement, and evaluate diversified and meaningful programs.

Develop local Business Development and Community Integration opportunities.

As a member of the Residence Management Team, collaboratively ensure the smooth operation of the residence.
