At WUXLY, we produce highly technical outerwear for all seasons. We are a proud, B-Corp certified company, and we are Made in Canada. Our in-house expertise in design, pattern making, and textile sourcing allows us to create highly technical and fashionable outerwear – and more.

Wuxly is looking for hungry, humble and hardworking Retail Associates to become Outerwear Experts at the Wuxly Pop-Up shop, at the STACKT Market (Bathurst & Front, Toronto) , and educate our clients about our products and share the brand’s mantra with our community at our Flagship stores. A successful Outerwear Expert at Wuxly is an energetic salesperson with a customer-first approach.

What You Will Get Up To:

• Act as a Wuxly ambassador in all interactions
• Providing a 360 degree, first-class customer experience, anticipate the needs of clients, find solutions on the spot, and go above and beyond to satisfy customers
• Closing sales with confidence while building customer relationships and loyalty
• Attracting prospective customers to the pop-up store
• Representing Wuxly in an energetic and friendly manner
• Customer support with client services through responding to emails, phone calls, customer services portals
• Assisting with merchandising and inventory processes to ensure the store is always ready for customers
• Additional responsibilities as the role and candidate develops

Skills And Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a brand ambassador
• Prior experience in a sales position within retail
• Playful energy, love interacting with people and starting-up meaningful conversation
• Strong ability to take initiative (act like an owner)
• Love of a fast-moving work environment
• Capable and comfortable lifting items as heavy as 30 lbs
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Availability on evenings, weekends
