About the role

We are looking for a Junior Power Platform Copilot Studio Developer to join our consulting team and help deliver AIpowered copilots and business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

In this role, you will work alongside senior consultants and solution architects to design, build, and enhance Copilot Studio agents, automate business processes, and support client engagements. This position is ideal for earlycareer graduates or junior professionals who want to build strong development discipline while growing their consulting and clientfacing skills.

As a Consultant you will:

• Assist in designing, building, and refining Copilot Studio agents for internal and customer-facing scenarios
• Configure topics, entities, generative answers, and integrations with data sources
• Support integrations with Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 services
• Test, troubleshoot, and iteratively improve copilots and automations
• Work under guidance of senior consultants to deliver Power Platform solutions aligned to business requirements
• Help translate business needs into functional designs and low-code implementations
• Contribute to solution documentation, user guides, and handover material

What we’re looking for

• EarlyCareer Graduate (0–1 years experience)
• Academic, lab, or internship experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Foundational understanding of Git and source control, including:
• Repositories, branches, commits, and pull requests
• Junior Industry Hire (1–2 years experience)
• Hands-on experience delivering Power Platform solutions in a professional setting
• Practical working knowledge of Git, including:
• Branching and pull requests
• Collaborating in shared repositories
