Counterbalance Operator

Position: Counterbalance Forklift Operator

Shifts Available:

• 3:30pm to 11:30pm (Tomken and Courtneypark)

Pay Rate:

• $19.25/hour - Afternoon shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Forklift Efficiently: Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Organize Inventory: Stack and store products in their designated locations with precision.
• Maintain Equipment: Perform routine inspections and ensure your forklift stays in top condition, reporting any issues promptly.
• Ensure Safety: Follow all safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
• Track Inventory: Use our warehouse system to update records accurately.
• Support the Team: Assist with other general warehouse tasks when needed.
• Case Picking
• Working in a fast paced environment

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous forklift and warehouse experience a must (1+ years)
• Knowledgeable: Familiar with warehouse processes, RF scanners, and distribution systems.
• Physically Capable: Able to handle manual labor and lift heavy items. (50 Pounds)
• Detail-Oriented: Basic math skills to assist with order tracking and inventory.
• Slip Sheet experience is a huge asset.
• Can pass a criminal record check
• Is okay to work around alcohol products
