Purpose of the position

The Résidence Cité Rive is located on the banks of the Rivière des prairies, in the district of Rivière des prairies. This housing complex brings together 5 phases, distributed in 5 residential towers, for a total of 850 apartments.The maintenance worker is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
• Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
• Be available to respond to emergencies
• Make service calls
• All other related tasks

Required qualifications :

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
