Leverage your analytical expertise to drive data-informed decisions and deliver world-class service in a collaborative work environment.• As a Utilities Dispatch Analyst here at client , you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey.• You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager, and you'll work out of our Markham, ON location.• In this role, you will have a significant impact on enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring that our customers receive world-class service and support.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Analyze dispatch data to identify trends and patterns• Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient dispatch operations• Work with Inventory Production Reports• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of dispatch and field operationsYOU MUST HAVE• High School Diploma or equivalent• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field• 2+ years of experience in data analysis tools and techniques• 3+ years of experience with Work Order Management Systems• 1+ years of experience with Power BI and ExcelWE VALUE• Utility Industry Experience• Knowledge of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI)• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Analytics)• Knowledge of industrial automation or related industries• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and teamwork skillsUtilities Dispatch Analyst • Markham, Ontario, CAN
