We currently have an opening for a full‑time permanent Component Shop NDT Technician position.

Reporting to the Shops Crew Lead, the Component Shop NDT Technician is responsible for NDT inspections on a variety of aeronautical products, the overhaul and repair of aircraft components and supporting the fleet as required. This position will primarily be working in the Component Shop but may require maintenance on the aircraft or in the field.

In this role your duties will include the following :

• NDT inspections on a variety of aeronautical products
• Carry out NDT inspections in compliance with applicable procedures, manuals, and processes;
• Demonstrate safe working practices and techniques. Ensure all measures are taken for a safe work environment;
• Perform all duties in accordance with Conair’s Policies and Procedures and applicable regulations;
• Complete assigned tasks and related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner;
• Maintain currency as applicable to Conair Memos, Maintenance Bulletins, and notices;
• Gain and maintain knowledge of CARs as related to aircraft maintenance;
• Overhaul, repair, inspection, and servicing of aircraft components as required;
• Inspection, testing and calibration of tooling and instrumentation;
• Perform other duties as required.
