Job description

Today's Shopping Choice is seeking dedicated, experienced English Sales and Service Associates to work from home. The English Sales and Service Gig is responsible for responding to and providing best-in-class customer service from inquiries received from retailers and customers via email and phone.

You will investigate order concerns, find solutions that balance the needs of the business and customers, update information and reports. The successful candidate must adhere to metrics such as :

  • average handle time, productivity, and quality
  • maintain a positive brand image for Today's Shopping Choice products while interacting with customers

  • No customer service / sales experience required
  • The English Sales and Service position requires you to have problem solving skills, patience, attentiveness, clear communication skills, persuasion skills, positive language, product knowledge, reading customers and closing ability

  • Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week
