We are a family based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, seeking a compassionate and reliable elder care provider(s) for our 88 year old mother who has Parkinson’s.
Our goal is to find one or more individuals who can offer live-out, part-time / full-time assistance 7 days per week between 8 : 30-4 : 30 ( hours may be flexible). Extended hours into the evening may become available. We are hoping to assemble a care team to help our Mother remain safely in her home rather than being placed in long term care.
The ideal candidate(s) should be experienced in providing home care, with a strong focus on administering medication and assisting with personal care needs such as bathing and toileting as required. Provision of meals as well as some light housekeeping and laundry would be required. We are offering $20 per hour (start) for this position and are keen to find individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
