About the role

As a Manager for Application Development , your mission is to lead and empower a high-performing engineering team dedicated to delivering modern, scalable solutions on Google Cloud. You will guide a group of talented full stack engineers, ensuring they have the support and direction needed to build exceptional solutions for customers across diverse industries. You’ll be overseeing the delivery of engagements, working closely with delivery teams, project managers, and customers to ensure technical excellence, on-time execution, and outstanding client experiences. What we’re looking for

7+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in engineering management leading and developing technical teams, and 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Proven experience leading, managing, and hiring high-performing engineering teams across multiple technical domains.
