ODAIA is a remote first organization; all our positions are WFH with frequent company and team based socials, events and meetings in-person and virtually.

ODAIA works with pharma commercial teams to grow their brands and engage with the right healthcare professionals (HCPs) at the right time. ODAIA's SaaS AI platform turns complex data into personalized insights, enabling commercial teams to understand their customers – (HCPs), predict prescribing behaviors and make informed decisions that bring therapies to patients faster.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

Reporting to the Director, Data Management and as a member of the Data Management team, the Data Engineer i is passionate, curious and motivated to design and implement scalable solutions end-to-end. This high‑impact position focuses on key aspects of data management including fast and efficient data onboarding, and the initial bring up of customer data into our system.

LOCATION

We are a remote first company with employees in both Canada and the US. Our office hub is located downtown Toronto. Team building, communication and social connectivity are important and we support this with virtual and in‑person collaborative work sessions, team meetings and socials.

JOB PROCESS & INTERVIEW DISCLOSURE

ODAIA does not use artificial intelligence (AI) to review applications, filter or analyze resumes. Our recruitment team may use an AI‑powered meeting assistant to record and transcribe interviews for note‑taking purposes only. This tool helps our recruiters to be fully present during conversations with candidates who provide consent to this tool being used during an interview. This tool is used in compliance with privacy and employment laws across Canada and the U.S.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 CAD. This range represents ODAIA's good‑faith estimate based on current market data and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidate’s unique skill set, specialized experience, and relevant certifications. As such, the final offer may vary based on these specific factors. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment. This role is also eligible for health benefits, stock options, and flexible time off policies as mentioned above.
