What You’ll Do:

• Take charge of your shift—oversee operations, inspire your team, and deliver great service
• Manage cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations
• Create staff schedules and keep everyone on track
• Lead by example: greet customers, take orders, and ensure every pizza meets our high standards
• Support your team with hands-on help—whether that’s making pizzas, delivering orders, or keeping the store spotless
• Foster a positive, professional atmosphere where everyone can succeed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience—whether in restaurants, retail, sports, or school
• A motivating attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
• A role model—someone your team looks up to and customers remember
