Allied Universal is Seeking Security Professionals in Milton,ON

Job Title : Security Gaurd

Location : Paris,ON

Job Type : Full-Time

Availability Required : Full availability ; various shifts

Pay Rate : $20.21  per hour

Overview :

Allied Universal is currently hiring Security Professionals to provide professional in Paris, Ontario . This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and a background in corporate security.

Responsibilities :

• Present a polished, professional, customer-friendly image at all times
• Escort guards are required to escort contractors and guest through the facility.
• Incident response, patrols and inspections of space and equipment
• Liaise with the Corporate security program to compound incident response
• Record activities and incidents via security tours
• Cross-training in other security positions as required (e.g. card holder administration assistance).
• Ability to manage conflicts and incidents and to de-escalate
• Ensure that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site emergencies
• Demonstrate good judgment, common sense, and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
• Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate strong de-escalation skills when confronted with difficult situations
