• Duck Creek Expertise : Hands-on experience with Policyholder module; understanding of Policy and Producer modules.
• Insurance Domain Knowledge : Policy lifecycle, customer data management, agent hierarchy, commission structures.
• BA Skills : Requirements elicitation, user story writing, process modelling (BPMN).
• Technical Understanding : Data mapping, API / batch integrations, SQL basics.
• Tools : Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio / Lucidchart.
