We’re seeking a Service and Support Technician to play a key role in our day‑to‑day operations. This position ensures our equipment is maintained to the highest standards and that our teams receive the support they need to succeed. You’ll work with a variety of tools, equipment, and technology—while helping keep our operations running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

Shop Service Responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, test, and repair mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Support field service technicians with troubleshooting and parts preparation.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory documentation.
• Assist with parts identification, ordering, and inventory control.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ensure full compliance with company HSE policies and safety procedures.
• Provide technical assistance and exceptional customer support.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Oversee fleet truck management.
