Process Engineer

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to a dynamic engineering team within a leading energy services provider. This role is pivotal in driving process excellence across projects, ensuring technical accuracy, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. This role will be responsible for leading and executing process engineering activities throughout the lifecycle of engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, reviewing, and approving process simulations and engineering packages
• Determining vessel and pipeline sizing for major process systems
• Developing and validating Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Leading process engineering efforts during project execution phases
• Selecting and reviewing major process-related equipment from sub-vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering or related technical roles
• Proficiency in Aspen software suite (HYSYS, EDR, Flare System Analyzer)
• Strong understanding of gas processing, fabrication, and plant layout
