Marine Electrical Technologist

Location : Vancouver BC

Pay : $50$55 / hr

Type : Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Marine Electrical Technologist to support the design automation troubleshooting and commissioning of electrical systems across various vessel projects. This role is hands-on fast-paced and ideal for someone who enjoys both technical design and field service work.

What Youll Do

• Design and integrate marine electrical power and control systems
• Program and commission PLC-based automation systems (Siemens Allen-Bradley etc.)
• Install calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation and control devices
• Diagnose electrical and automation issues in workshop and onboard environments
• Support installations commissioning and sea trials
• Create wiring diagrams schematics and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers project managers and marine clients
