Robert Half is looking for an IT Support Specialist. This is a Remote role.

• Take on initial telephone or email inquiries from clients
• Logging call / email activity
• Manage help desk software or ticket system
• Troubleshooting and managing simple EDI related issues
• Must possess good communication skills either via phone or email
• Self-motivated, ability to swap between different tasks / issues quickly and efficiently.
• Stay up to date with updates, changes within the company
• Research questions on available resources (FAQ manual etc)
• Delegate difficult problems to the second level support
