Northlands College is seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as the Manager, University Studies in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The Manager will lead initiatives to drive growth in the University Studies division of the College.

Reporting to the Executive Regional Director, Eastern Region, the position provides leadership and direction to all staff in the University Studies division. The position is also responsible for the development, implementation and management of college-wide university programming. The Manager will collaborate with universities in developing approaches and methods for improving local access to university education.

The Manager, University Studies is supported by the Coordinator, University Programs as well as other staff on the La Ronge Rock campus.

The next Manager, University Studies will have knowledge of university programming, usually obtained through a Masters degree. In addition, the Manager will have a thorough understanding of distance education practices, principles and methodology. The ideal candidate will also bring an exceptional ability to collaborate internally and externally at all levels.
