Sales Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to fill the role of Field Sales Representative in Sudbury this position you will play a pivotal role in connecting with consumers and promoting financial products on behalf of one of Canadas most recognizable brands. Youll have the chance to earn a competitive base wage combined with commission empowering you to take control of your earnings based on your performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Educate customers about the features and benefits of credit cards available in-store and at kiosks
• Engage customers and drive sales enhancing brand awareness for our clients products
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a positive experience
• Utilize innovative approaches to connect with customers and highlight product benefits
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with store staff
• Protect customer confidentiality by maintaining a high level of discretion

Keys to success:

• Outgoing personable and enjoys engaging with customers
• Experience in customer service or sales is an asset
• Ability to convey key messages effectively
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check
