Tasks

• Supervise workers and projects
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
• Estimate costs and materials
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Recommend personnel actions
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

• 1 to 2 people

• Supports newcomers and / or refugees with foreign credential recognition

• Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth

Support for Indigenous people

• Offers mentorship, coaching and / or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers

Supports for visible minorities

• Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example : anonymizing the hiring process, etc.)
