Role Summary

This position supports structural design and coordination for commercial and multi-dwelling buildings, taking projects from concept to construction drawings while overseeing production and performing field reviews. The role emphasizes hands-on modelling with ETABS / SAFE / S-Frame, code-compliant design, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Delivery

• Design structures for commercial / multi-dwelling buildings (concrete, steel, masonry, wood), with assets in industrial / institutional / civil.
• Carry projects from concept through construction drawings using ETABS, SAFE, S-Frame; develop Excel calculations as needed.
• Prepare conceptual designs, markups, general arrangements, foundations, and working drawings; Bluebeam proficiency desirable.
• Perform structural analysis / calculations for building components using licensed software.
