The Universal Group recognized as one of Canadas Best Managed companies in 2025 has exciting opportunity in our Fleet and Rental team. As a Fleet & Rentals Coordinator you will be
responsible for optimizing the operations of the warehouse and office facilities in addition to any tasks or duties assigned by the Fleet Manager. Primary responsibilities will include inventory management property / asset tracking and ensuring the overall functionality and cleanliness of the fleet and facilities. The role will work closely with various teams to maintain a well-organized and safe working environment cleanliness.
What you will be responsible for :
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory items in the warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies / equipment as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Supplies equipment as needed to support all company fleet vehicles sites and personnel.
- Provide weekly reporting to the Fleet Manager.
- Provide timely delivery of fleet vehicles and equipment as required.
- Efficiently load unload and organize fleet vehicles and equipment in accordance with operational requirements.
