Product Support Representative

Our client, a leader in the heavy equipment industry, is seeking a Product Support Representative to join their team. As a Product Support Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting customer satisfaction and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Product Support Representative

Location : Waterloo Region

Pay Range : $50,000 - $55,000

What's the Job?

Serve as a point of contact for new and existing customers.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Coordinate the delivery and pick-up of heavy equipment, including scheduling and route planning.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining strong product knowledge.

Perform basic inspections of equipment at delivery and ensure documentation is completed accurately.

What's Needed?

High school diploma.

2+ years of experience in customer service, delivery operations, or sales (preferably in the heavy equipment or construction industry).

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Familiarity with heavy equipment brands is a plus.

Ability to lift and maneuver heavy tools / equipment and work in a hands-on environment.
