Responsibilities

Quick grasp and understanding of company niche and market advantages offered by Cresa's Ottawa office to convey these advantages to prospects
Heavy prospecting for new client relationships via phone, networking, and digital media marketing contact and communication
Learn and sharpen presentation skills to win business
Negotiation of key client requirements into business terms in lease and purchase transactions

Requirements

Real Estate license, or be in the process of obtaining one

Sales and account development experience with C-Level executives preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Entrepreneurial approach to business — desire to evolve into straight commission compensation

Strong math skills and problem-solving capability

Desire to make real estate a career choice

Must be reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
