• Be on the lookout for guests needs to offer them a unique experience : know and understand the menu so you can inform them or make recommendations.
• Help set up open and close the bar and catering area.
• Take orders and serve all food and beverages.
• Anticipate guests needs respond promptly and acknowledge guests throughout the service.
• Ensure that the working environment and equipment are always clean disinfected and well organized.
• Comply with current laws and regulations regarding alcohol.
