Production Manager (Foam manufacturing)

An excellent role on offer for a Production Manager looking to join a global manufacturing company where you will work in a technically challenging and interesting role, whilst becoming an expert within this industry.

Have you got a master’s or degree in chemical engineering? Have you got previous leadership experience? Have you got experience working with any type of foam product?

This company manufactures specialist products, and they supply these across North America. They have over 10 manufacturing locations across North America, and they supply their products to the medical, industrial furniture and other industries. They are looking to expand to a 4 more US states over the next 12 months, and they have structured plans in place to do this. Due to these plans, they are looking for a Production Manager to join their expert team.

In this hugely responsible role, you will lead a team of 10 personnel to create formulations for foam to create new products. You will also train, mentor and lead your team and you will also be hands to ensure chemical levels are of the correct size.

This role would ideally suit a Production Manager who has extensive chemical engineering experience, who is looking to join a global manufacturer, whilst working in a technically challenging role.
