Requirements
Mechanical engineering work experience is required. Product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics experience (CFD) Extensive knowledge of computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) (CAE) Knowledge of 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE, or other) Adequate understanding of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica, or similar) Understanding mathematical computing and analysis tools (Matlab, Excel, LabView, etc.) Solid understanding of fundamental concepts such as mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, etc. Analytical and creative abilities Technical knowledge must be communicated clearly and understandably. Technical writing abilities Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
