Overview
Ono’s Sushi in Abbotsford, BC is looking for a qualified Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Positions Available

Compensation and Work Hours
Hourly Wage : C$36.60 ~C$37.00
Working Hours : 30 hours per week
Vacation
4% of gross salary for vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties
- Assist the owner / restaurant manager in overseeing daily shift operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, customer service excellence and the restaurant’s profits
- Supervise, train and support the teams, maintaining strong teamwork
- Assist in recruiting, scheduling, and evaluating staff
- Track and monitor workflow and staff performance
- Implement company policies and operational procedures
- Monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and reduce waste
- Assist in monitoring sales performance
- Address any customer complaints and feedback professionally
- Ensure staff compliance with service standards, policies, and health and safety regulations
