Which profiles are we recruiting and for whom?

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team and support Corporate and Institutional Banking Securities Services (CIB2S). This position requires strong expertise in IT application support within the securities services / custody domain, with a minimum of 10 years of experience and advanced technical skills.

What will my responsibilities be?

• Provide daily business process support in securities services / custody domain (trade settlements, corporate actions, cash processing, tax, risk management, reconciliation).
• Ensure production incidents impacting BAU are resolved influenza within SLA and prepare Post Incident Reports.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams (local / global / internal / external).
• Perform temas de Level 1, 2, and 3 support for complex issues and propose alternative solutions.
