About the Role

Paladin Security is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead and coordinate the work of our security team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff scheduling and training, and ensure the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service across all sites. You will be a key liaison between security staff, city departments, and the community, ensuring security operations run efficiently and incidents are managed appropriately.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and schedule all security guards.
• Oversee signing of reports, logs, and other records as required by Corporate Security leadership.
• Administer security systems including service calls, equipment tracking, and staff training.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate coverage requests and special event security arrangements.
• Conduct regular reviews of on-site post orders and update as needed.
• Lead training for all new security staff and facilitate ongoing training for all team members.
• Maintain incident logs, ensuring accurate and complete records.
• Respond to and manage incidents in coordination with Corporate Security, emergency services, and law enforcement when necessary.
• De-escalate crises and provide support to staff and the public.
• Serve as liaison with City departments and the community.
• Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
• Provide first aid and medical assistance as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service to community members.
