Job descriptionDevelop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs. Design and implement efficient workflows, integrations, and automation to enhance system functionality. Provide expertise in HRSD, ITSM, SPM, and App Engine, ensuring best practices and scalability. Work within an agile team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing ServiceNow performance. Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends, continuously improving platform capabilities. 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Expertise in HRSD, ITSM, SPM, and App Engine. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and API integrations. Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus
