Unit Summary
The Digital Health Innovation team (CREATE)'s aim is to use machine learning, artificial intelligence and novel digital health applications to improve patient care and enhance medical research.
Our team has two major areas of strength : Data Science (applied machine learning / artificial intelligence) and Application Development (the creation of new digital health products in partnership with clinicians and researchers).
Position Summary
The primary role of the Research Assistant is to assist in CREATE's research activities in data science and digital health.
The research assistant will contribute to a variety of projects, with primary focus on research in machine learning for remote patient monitoring, including conducting systematic scoping reviews of emerging literature.
Schedule Work Hours
Normal working hours.
This position is temporary until August 31, 2025.
Qualifications
Research experience
Experience conducting scientific literature reviews
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
