JCJ Residential Services is a locally owned residential services company based in Brandon, MB. Our work ranges from ongoing home maintenance to full residential renovations. We are seeking a Red Seal Carpenter who is confident working across multiple residential trades and leading projects from planning through completion.

This is a hands-on role with variety. While carpentry is the foundation of the position, the successful candidate will also complete light plumbing, light electrical, drywall, painting, and finishing work as part of residential renovation and maintenance projects.

Role Overview

• Complete high-quality residential work across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and light electrical
• Review scopes of work and develop clear plans to execute projects efficiently
• Lead day-to-day site activity and manage labourers
• Coordinate sequencing of work and problem-solve as projects progress
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners, team members, and ownership
• Ensure work meets safety, quality, and customer expectations
