We are looking for a Customer Service with electrical knowledge to join our Barrie team and provide excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers (contractors, electricians, homeowners)
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
• Create invoices, quotes, and process orders accurately
• Provide product information and recommend solutions (ABB panels, breakers, wiring, tools)
• Maintain the store : stock checks, organization, cleanliness
• Assist with merchandising, promotions, and customer follow-ups
• Support daily operations of the store.
• Inventory support
