We are seeking a skilled and motivated Testing and Service Technician to support the testing, servicing, and maintenance of custom HVAC systems. This is a dynamic role that offers a balance between hands-on technical work and customer interaction, with the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities : Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Measure and lay out reference points for installation Assemble, install, and repair air handling units using hand and power tools Perform system startups and leak tests using diagnostic equipment Conduct testing and routine service of HVAC systems Troubleshoot and repair issues related to refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, control systems, and heat pumps Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on job sites Promote a positive team environment and support knowledge sharing with peers Qualifications : Secondary School Diploma or equivalent Post-secondary education in HVAC or a related technical field is preferred G2 Gas License (mandatory) Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC testing, servicing, and / or repair Hands-on experience with electrical components is required Experience working with commercial air handling units is an asset Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Proficiency with hand tools and basic power Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
