Job description

North America, founded in 1978, is a premier trucking company servicing all North America with its nine divisions and over 25 terminals. Our transportation solutions cover a broad range of needs, including intra-Canada, US-Canada cross-border, US domestic, and Mexico North and Southbound. Location

    • Job Summary

  • Participate in the month-end process and in the monthly financial analysis
  • Complete journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly operating reports
  • Respond to third-party requests from auditors and banks, as required
  • Assist in the budget process
  • Develop and maintain different financial reports as needed

    • Required Skills

  • Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
