Design and implement engagement programs, recognition events, and seasonal celebrations that strengthen team connection. Act as a trusted advisor and resource for leaders and employees, providing support in conflict resolution and workplace communication.
  • Training & Development – Partner with department heads to identify learning needs and deliver relevant training initiatives. Support leadership development programs that grow internal talent and prepare future leaders. Foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback.
  • HR Compliance & Policy Leadership – Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of BC Employment Standards, WorkSafeBC, and Human Rights legislation. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to reflect best practices and resort values. Support occupational health and safety initiatives and joint health & safety committees.
  • Performance, Compensation & Benefits – Guide managers through performance review and coaching processes. Assist in developing compensation strategies that attract and retain high‑performing team members. Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and employee wellness programs.

Why Join Our Team
