Production Supervisor

One of our food processing clients is looking for a Production Supervisor for their operations in London ON region.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to best manufacturing practices on the production line.

• Provide coaching mentoring and supervision for both new and existing staff.

• Identify and rectify unsafe working conditions.

• Maintain GMP housekeeping standards on the production line.

• Take responsibility for the performance of the line and set a positive example for the team.

• Be a proactive hands-on leader on the production floor.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production Leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.

• Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to adapt to changes in processes and workflows.

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with various departments including technicians maintenance leads and process engineers.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
