PRINCIPAL FOCUS :
Under the direction of Store management, the Rentals Consultant is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable and efficient advice and assistance to enable customers to rent the appropriate products on time via a positive customer experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provision of best in class service to customers
- Assess and analyze customer requests either in person, via emails or phone calls or when prepping equipment, to ensure that the best solution is provided for the customer’s needs
When Prepping equipment :
Prep equipment orders quickly and on a timely basisConduct tasks carefully and thoroughlyTest, double check and store accuratelyWhen providing Front Counter service :
Create optimal rental opportunities through :Offering attachments and other ‘up-selling’ as appropriateFollow up on quotesFollow up calls to previous customersWhen providing Client Communications service :
Make our phone and email customers feel cared about and cared for on an efficient and timely basis through :Timely response to phone calls and emailsThorough and timely resolution to customer requests and needsEfficient completion and processing of ordersInvestigation and resolution on outstanding orders.COMPETENCIES :

Graduate of a recognized college or university photographic or video programMinimum of one year working in an industry environmentCompetent in Microsoft suiteComfortable using computerized inventory or other ERP systemPrevious retail experience considered a definite asset.
