Overview

Poste : Gestionnaire des ventes Techniques

Lieu : Basé à Montréal, avec déplacements ponctuels entre le Québec et l’Ontario

Notre client est un leader international en automatisation industrielle et en solutions de commande électrique. Nous sommes en pleine croissance au Canada et cherchons un gestionnaire des ventes passionné pour encadrer notre équipe commerciale et stimuler la croissance des revenus.

Responsabilités

Encadrer et soutenir 2 représentants des ventes pour la province de Québec et 2 représentants pour l’Ontario
Agir comme leader motivateur et exemplaire : coacher, accompagner et inspirer l’équipe
Développer et exécuter une vision stratégique pour augmenter les revenus et les parts de marché
Gérer et développer les grands comptes existants tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités
Assurer le suivi des performances, des objectifs de vente et des prévisions
Collaborer avec la direction pour aligner les initiatives commerciales sur les objectifs de l’entreprise
Participer aux rencontres clients et aux salons professionnels au besoin

Profil recherché

Baccalauréat en génie électrique avec expérience en automatisation industrielle , OU un DEC dans un domaine connexe

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie de l’automatisation industrielle , incluant de l’expérience en gestion

Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit)

Permis de conduire valide

Leader mobilisateur avec une pensée stratégique, capable de diriger par l’exemple

Capacité démontrée à développer et maintenir de solides relations clients

Excellentes compétences en négociation et en communication
