Join our Weather Operations Team and help deliver 24 / 7 meteorological and oceanographic services to clients across North America and beyond. If you have a passion for weather analysis, forecasting, and communication-and want to forecast for some of the most extreme weather regions in North America-this is your chance to make an impact where it matters most.

Your Impact

• Provide verbal and written weather briefings to help clients plan, mitigate, and reduce operational risks.
• Produce accurate weather forecasts several times daily for multiple industry sectors using advanced tools and software.
• Deliver high-quality meteorological analysis through WSP's 24 / 7 on-demand consultation services (phone, email, chat).
• Monitor evolving weather conditions and hazards, performing continuous nowcasting for clients.
• Issue severe weather alerts across North America and conduct post-event analysis to improve prediction and response.
• Prepare technical reports such as case studies, seasonal outlooks, hurricane outlooks, and post-storm analyses.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK : $60,100 - $79,600

MB & ON : $54,800 - $75,400

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC : $54,200 - $72,000
