Job description
Senior Project Manager – Site-Based (Kawartha Region)
A well-established, award-winning developer/builder with over 40 years of success, recognized for delivering complex, high-quality communities and large-scale builds are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of a major, high-profile project in the Peterborough / Kawartha region.

The role is fully site-based, offering real ownership, autonomy, and day-to-day influence over how the project is delivered. You’ll be joining a stable organization with a strong long-term pipeline and a reputation for building projects that matter.

In this role, you’ll lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for schedule, budget, forecasting, and cost control. This is a hands-on, site-focused leadership role requiring close coordination with contractors, consultants, trades, and internal teams. You’ll act as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders, ensure compliance, and maintain strong quality and safety standards.
